My son, La’Renzo, started having seizures on February 14, 2010. His seizures have been lasting five minutes and after his seizures, he sleeps for an hour or two. He has had a total of ten seizures in three weeks.

His CAT scan was normal. He has an appointment on the 18th with you. I thank God for Children’s Hospital because the doctors there have a good reputation for helping children.

In March of 2008, he went into his first open heart surgery at the young age of five months. Unfortunately, the first surgery wasn’t successful and in April he under went his 2nd surgery. We were all very hopeful.

He passed on June 6th 2008 at the age of 8 months due to complications. Many of the nurses are my friends today! They were like family to Aidan and myself for the 3 months we were in the hospital.
